Bengali beauty Vidya Balan is among the successful Indian film actress. Vidya started on-screen acting bebut when she was just 16 year of age with most popular Television serial Hum Paanch in 1995. Vidya Balan was born on January 1, 1978 Poothamkurussy, Puthur in Kerala to P.R. Balan and Saraswathy Balan. Vidya’s father Vice-President of Digi cable and her mother Saraswathi a home maker. Vidya did her schooling from St. Anthony’s Convent and pursued her Sociology degree from St. Xavier’s College. And her younger sister Priya Balan appeared in many advertisement. Vidya speaks many languages Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, English and Bengali. She appears mainly in Hindi and Bengali films and Bhalo Theko the first Bengali drama film in 2003. She got married to a business man Siddharth Roy Kapoor CEO of UTV Motion Pictures in December 2012.
